SAMRISK started with property people who were tired of spreadsheets, scattered PDFs and the Friday afternoon panic when a regulator calls.

Illustrative: the example estate we build and test against, drawn as one city block: a tower, a block of flats, offices, a school, a care home, a hall and a warehouse. Every name, place and record in it is invented.

Why we built it.

The people responsible for buildings and land were running safety on four spreadsheets and a shared drive. Fire doors failed and nobody could say when they were fixed. Tree preservation orders lived in a planning officer’s inbox. The record existed, but never in one place.

So we built one place. Audits, the safety case, assets, permits, boundaries, trees and buried services, each a tool you switch on, all sharing the same buildings, sites, people and evidence. It is for property managers, building safety managers, accountable persons, estate teams and the contractors who work for them.

What we believe

  1. Compliance work is a craft.Done well, it keeps people safe. The product is there to support the person doing it, not to turn it into paperwork.
  2. Software should remember.Every audit, incident, permit and certificate is kept and dated, so nobody has to hold it in their head.

Hosting
The app and your files are held by established cloud providers under contract, encrypted. The security page says what each one holds.
Your data
Yours. Export any register to CSV or Excel whenever you like.

Published, and read from the product, so the page and the bill agree.
Releases
Small and careful. We try not to break what already works.
