The radon class from the UKHSA indicative atlas, shown at the top of the site's risks page. Building Regulations Approved Document C calls for protective measures in radon-affected areas. Set a re-check date and SAMRISK reminds you to look again.

Does SAMRISK pull live from UKHSA or the EA?

Not yet. When a record's re-check date arrives, managers get a reminder to check the source dataset and confirm or update the record. Automatic lookups against UKHSA, EA and Coal Authority data are planned.

What about Scotland and Northern Ireland?

You can record results for any site, because you enter the classification and its source yourself. The legal references on this page are for England.

Can I attach the CON29M or Phase 1 report?

Yes. Attach any document to a risk record.
