Questions.

Are audits really free?: Yes. Fire, water, health and safety and safety case audits run on every plan, Free included, scored on the same likelihood and consequence scale. Branded audit reports are a separate add-on.
Can I add one tool to Free?: Yes. Any tool can go on Free on its own, such as the visitor log at £15 a month. Extra buildings, sites, people and storage need Pro.
What happens when I reach a limit?: On Pro or Business, add a building, a site, a person or 10 GB from billing settings without changing plan, or move up a plan. On Free, more room means moving to Pro. The calculator above picks whichever is cheaper.
Can I start without paying?: Yes. Free needs no card and has no time limit. Move up to Pro or Business from billing settings when you need more room or more tools.
How much does paying yearly save?: Pro is £470 a year, about 20% less than twelve monthly payments. Business is £2,268 a year, the same as twelve monthly payments.
Why is the safety case priced on its own?: It carries the Building Safety Act work for higher-risk buildings: bow ties, the major hazard report, the golden thread and mandatory occurrence reports. It can go on any plan, Free included.
Are there setup fees or contracts?: No setup fees. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time from billing settings.
