What types of deadlines can I track?

Fire risk assessments, fire certificates, EICR, LOLER, gas safety, asbestos surveys, legionella assessments, EPC renewals, PAT testing, emergency lighting, fire alarm and sprinkler services, lift inspections, water hygiene and insurance renewals, plus a catch-all type for anything else. Check the intervals that apply to your buildings with a competent person.

Does the next deadline schedule itself?

Not yet. A register for adding and completing deadlines, with the next one created automatically from a repeat interval, is planned.

Will deadlines show on my Google Calendar?

Yes. Compliance deadlines are included in your calendar feed, and you can switch them off. Subscribe to the feed in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. The feed is read-only.

Are reminders sent?

Not yet. Deadlines due in the next 90 days are listed on the building overview, and overdue ones show in red on the building calendar.

What if I miss a deadline?

It shows as overdue, in red on the building calendar and flagged on the building overview, until it is completed.
