What it does.

  1. Visitors scan, fill in the form, done.

    No app to install and no paper book. The QR code at reception opens the building check-in page on their phone. They fill it in and appear on your on-site list.

Do visitors need a SAMRISK account?

No. The check-in page is public. They scan the QR code, fill in the form and they are checked in.

How do I customise the form?

Each building has its own form. Choose the extra fields to ask, such as host, vehicle registration or purpose of visit, and mark which are required.

What about GDPR?

Visitor details are personal data, so decide your lawful basis and how long you keep them. Export the log whenever you need it. This is general information, not legal advice.

Can visitors sign themselves out?

Not from their phone at the moment. Reception or a manager signs them out from the on-site list.

What if the QR code gets misused?

The code points to the building check-in page, so display it only where visitors arrive and check entries on the on-site list.
