General information as at October 2026. Not legal advice; check the regulation or ask a competent person.
Risk assessment, fire safety, water hygiene, health and safety and building safety case audits all run on the same engine. Your company gets its own copy of each template to adapt.
Set a recurring schedule for an annual fire risk assessment or a quarterly safety walk. When a schedule falls due, a manager generates the audit from it in one click. Or schedule the next round as you complete the last.
When an audit is created, SAMRISK copies the template questions at that moment. Change the template later and the audit still reads correctly. Mark it complete and its answers become read-only.

They are an audit type now. Start a risk assessment audit on a building and score each risk for likelihood and consequence, 1 to 5 each. It gets the same versions and frozen record as any other audit, and it is free on every plan.
No. Each building has one audit of each type. When you complete it, you can schedule the next round, which starts as a new version with a fresh copy of the questions.
The answers become read-only once an audit is marked complete, so the record stays as it was on the day. If an audit was completed by mistake, a manager can change its status in the audit details.
Existing audits keep the old question label. New audits use the new label. The historical record stays accurate.
Managers and admins. They mark the audit complete and choose when the next round is due.
Each audit has a print view with every answer and note, and the building, version and dates on the cover. Use your browser to print it or save it as a PDF.
