What it does.

  1. Order materials, track to delivery.

    Raise a call-off against an existing contract. SAMRISK tracks it from draft and submitted through approved, ordered, partly delivered and delivered.

What is a call-off?

A material order placed against an existing contract, common in construction and facilities management. Rather than raising a fresh purchase order each time, you call off pre-agreed materials. SAMRISK tracks each one from request to delivery.

Can I use it for non-construction orders?

Yes. Anything you order and want to track from request to delivery works, such as IT equipment, furniture or cleaning supplies. The custom fields adapt to what you order.

Can I attach a delivery note photo from my phone?

Yes. Open the call-off on your phone and upload the photo to a file field.

How does approval work?

A manager approves or rejects a submitted call-off, marks it ordered, then records part or full delivery. Each change is logged with the time and the person.

Can I link it to a contractor?

Call-offs record the supplier name and contact. They are not linked to the contractor directory.
