What it does.

  1. Build the tree that fits your filing.

Folders nest as deep as you need. Rename them, browse with breadcrumbs and keep your own filing system, not a software vendor's idea of it.

    • Nested folders with breadcrumb navigation
    • Rename folders and files in place
    • Search by name across every folder
    • List or grid view
  2. Upload it, find it, preview it.

PDFs, Office files, photos, video, archives and CAD or BIM drawings. Drop them into the right folder and find them by name across the building.

    • Drag files from your desktop
    • Upload several files at once
    • Preview PDFs, images, Word, Excel and CSV files in the browser
    • Replace a file and keep its earlier versions
  3. Only your team sees the files.

Documents belong to your company and its buildings. Nobody outside your company can see them, and every download goes through a signed link.

    • Visible only to members of your company
    • Deleted only by the person who uploaded them or a manager
    • Download links expire after one hour
    • Private storage, filed by company and building

Questions.

How much can I upload?

Free includes 500 MB of storage, Pro 10 GB and Business 100 GB. Enterprise has no set limit. Each file can be up to 100 MB.

What file types can I upload?

Most everyday formats. PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OpenDocument files, text and CSV, photos, video and audio, ZIP and other archives, and CAD and BIM files such as DWG, DXF, IFC, RVT and SKP.

Can I share a file externally?

Not at the moment. Download the file and send it yourself.

What happens if I accidentally delete?

Deleting a file is permanent, so only the person who uploaded it or a manager can do it. Replacing a file is different, as the earlier versions are kept.

Where are files actually stored?

In private cloud object storage, filed by company and building. Files are never public, and every download goes through a signed link that expires after an hour.
