What it does.

  1. Schedule what your team needs to remember.

    Inspections, contractor visits, tenant meetings. Select a time on the calendar, add the details and it is saved.

    • Drag across the calendar to create an event
    • Drag an event to move it, or stretch it to change its length
    • Month, week, day and list views
    • Filter by events, tasks, audits, deliveries, visitors and compliance

  2. Tasks and deadlines, without manual scheduling.

    Give a task a due date and it appears on the calendar. Scheduled audits, material deliveries, visitors and compliance deadlines show up too.

    • Tasks with due dates show automatically
    • Scheduled audits on their date
    • Compliance deadlines such as fire safety, gas and EICR, with overdue ones in red
    • Change a task's date on the task itself and the calendar follows

  3. See it in Google, Outlook or Apple.

    Create a private feed address and paste it into your usual calendar app. Events, tasks, audits and compliance deadlines appear alongside the rest of your diary.

Questions.

How do I sync to Google Calendar?

Select Subscribe on the calendar in SAMRISK, create a feed address and copy it. In Google Calendar, choose to add a calendar from a URL and paste it. Google refreshes subscribed calendars on its own schedule, often every few hours. Apple Calendar and Outlook work the same way.

Is the feed two-way?

No, it is one-way and read-only. SAMRISK stays the record for your dates, so an edit in another calendar app can never rewrite a deadline.

Can I share a calendar with someone outside my company?

Yes. Anyone with the feed address can subscribe to it. To stop access, revoke the address and a new one is issued.

What if the same task appears on two calendars?

Each entry carries a stable identifier, so it appears once per feed. Renaming the task updates the calendar entry rather than creating a duplicate.
