What a portfolio carries

Across 20 or more buildings, spreadsheets fail quickly: which fire risk assessment is due, whose insurance has lapsed, where the last electrical report went. Business gives every building its own record and a portfolio dashboard that shows what is slipping. The 50 places cover most teams; pay for extra buildings only when you have them.

Questions.

We have more than 60 buildings. Does Business still work?: Yes. Add extra buildings at £12 a month each beyond the 20 included, or talk to us about Enterprise if you have more than 100.
Some of our buildings are higher-risk. How does that work?: Add the safety case, £149 a month, once. It is switched on for your company and covers every building on your plan. See the higher-risk building use case.
We use outside surveyors. Does each need a place?: Yes, each person takes one of your places. Business includes 50, and each extra person is £5 a month.
Can we limit someone to certain buildings?: Not yet. Today everyone in a company can see all its buildings, with what they can change set by their role. If you need to keep a client's buildings apart, use a separate company for that client.
How do we get figures out for board reports?: The lists of buildings, audits, incidents, assets, tasks, documents, visitors and material call-offs export to CSV or Excel. Mega View presents the whole portfolio at a board meeting.
